Durable and Sturdy Material
The container is composed of reinforced beams and high-strength steel plates that are welded into a solid frame construction. It is made of high-quality Q345 special steel from WISCO. Besides, its overall side plate is attractive, strong, and undeformed. Its structure is light, it distributes waste evenly, and it discharges cleanly and completely. It is made up of a folding panel and a rectangular tube frame. The tail feeding and turning mechanism have been widened and thickened, the turning mechanism's shaft sleeve has been quenched, and the turning arm's main pin has been through-through double-sided welded, making it strong, resilient, and unbreakable.
Environmental-friendly Process
The sewage tank has a capacity of about 20 cubic meters and it can be divided into two parts: the first is to store raw sewage and the second part is to store treated water. A device called a "sewage compressor" will help to compress all of the raw sewage in order to reduce its volume and make it easier for transportation. All of this liquid will enter this storage tank, which solves the problem of secondary pollution during transport.

A two-way balance valve is put in the hydraulic system that raises the loader. The valve not only controls the filler's smooth descent but also breaks the direct link between the hydraulic hose and the lift cylinder. The filler won't drop rapidly even if the hose bursts, enhancing user safety.

It uses imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integrated control, a logic circuit to make sure that each operation command is carried out in turn while also making sure that there is an interlock between each command, all of which lower failure rates and increase dependability. Controlling the engine's power output automatically enables the electrical system to fully automatically adjust the throttle to match the power needs of the waste collection cycle as well as pushing and unloading. The operation control box is installed in the cab and on the right side of the rear, with an emergency stop button on the left side, and is equipped with remote control.
